- Duration: 15 weeks (45 hours)
- Level: Undergraduate
- Teaching language: Vietnamese
- Location: HUST
- Website: B.Sc in Educational Technology
Purpose
This course provides students with foundational knowledge in virtual reality (VR), including the components of VR systems, characteristics of VR, representation and interaction techniques in VR, and fundamental issues and challenges in virtual reality. Topics covered include geometric modeling, visual perception, audio perception, motion representation, and tracking techniques. In addition to theoretical knowledge, students will engage in practical learning through major assignments, exploring and utilizing tools and environments like Unity to develop VR applications. By the end of the course, students will have a solid understanding of virtual reality, be proficient in using tools like Unity, and possess the ability to design and build a VR application using the learned tools.
