Our paper “A Metaheuristic Approach for Mission Assignment and Task Offloading in Open RAN-Enabled Intelligent Transport Systems” has been accepted for presentation at 2025 IEEE Global Communications Conference: Communication QoS, Reliability and Modeling. Less than 40% have been accepted out of the total 2736 papers submitted to IEEE GLOBECOM 2025 Symposia.
